AMC theatres is known for pretty much that, it's theaters. The company has contiously reinvented the industry with innovations that you can't imagine not being in a movie theater anymore. It's hard to stumble across someone who doesn't know the brand due to it's influence. The theater hosts premieres, red carpet gatherings,rentals, and meetings. When looking at the brand you see it as the great theater movie chain that it is. When you look at the reviews however, that is another story.
When looking at the reviews I found that most customers think positively of AMC Theatres saying that the "staff is friendly" and that the theater quality is great.Employees also have a common positive outlook being "free movies" and an "active environment". Negative reviews consisted of customers speaking about the AMC official website in how it is "hard to navigate" and losing online ticket purchases along with customer service not refunding them. Employees wrote that working there is "very stressful" due to minimum wage workers being loaded with an abundance of tasks. If you want to visit or work at an AMC Theater I would suggest you ask friends or family about their experiences then form your opinion.
